Monday
9.30am – Legs, Bums, Tums
This class is a great way to target those hard to work areas using resistance bands at different strengths to challenge each area.
6.15pm -45 minute Ree-Combat (45 minutes)
This non-contact high energy class, influenced by various martial arts, will have you feeling like a fighter, help release your daily stress & tensions, whilst getting fit, let the music drive you to energy highs and through controlled fight combinations for a mega calorie burning full body workout
7pm – Ree-pump – (45 minutes)
Utilising moderate weights this barbell and free weights class provides a workout that encompasses the whole body. This class is ideal for anyone wanting to improve their strength with the added bonus of being low impact.
Tuesday
6.15pm – Full Body Circuit Training (1 hour)
Full body workout using weights & Cardio to work on fitness, strength & core, this class is aimed at all fitness levels
Wednesday
9.30am – Ree-Pump – (1 hour)

6.15pm – 7.15pm – Clubbercise
Clubbercise is a cardio workout set to a soundtrack of Club Anthems from 90’s classics to the latest hits, the class is taught in a darkened room with disco lights and LED Glow sticks to create a nightclub atmosphere.
The easy to follow routines are a fusion of dance, toning and combat with high & low impact options to suit all fitness levels.
One clubbercise class can burn up to 600 calories!
Thursday
6.15pm – Body Highlights (30 minutes)
Fun and effective aerobics class to music, 30 minutes of old school aerobics
6.55pm Ree-Pump (45 minutes)
